If a player in your team moves to a different Premier League club during the season, he will continue to show as being at the same club in your team, but will score points based on his performance at his new club.
Entrants that buy players that move in the season, like Fernando Torres did last season from Liverpool to Chelsea, will have them in their team at their new club, i.e. Chelsea. If any of your players leave the Premier League mid-season then they will stop scoring points, and you will have the chance to transfer in another player, provided you have any transfers left!
