What does the chairman do?

Once registered, you can start the promotion! Your Registration Pack will contain posters and a DVD to help you spread the word to the whole school.

The League Chairman needs to make Entry Forms and Entry Vouchers available prior to the main season starting. Many Chairman hold an SFL club in an ICT room at lunchtime or after-school each week, particularly prior to the season starting.

You could also appoint an Assistant Chairman or some SFL Apprentices to help you with the set up.

Once the season kicks off you simply need to pin up the weekly leaderboards that are sent each Tuesday. You may also need to assist pupils that may have forgotten their log in details. They can email us directly via the site or you can download a list from your Chairman’s Zone.

You will need to pay for the teams in your league by the time the season starts.

Throughout the season you can present Manager of the Month certificates. At the end of the season you should hold an assembly to present the other awards.
